Columbia Craft Brewing Company has received several national beer honors since they opened in 2017. The brewing company began as a family hobby for Richard Strauss that blossomed into a passion to make Columbia, SC one of the country’s top craft beer cities. The Great American Beer Festival awarded them gold for their blonde lager. Patrons can also try their lagers, IPAs, sour ales, and barrel-aged beers among their offerings. A 1,700-square-foot tasting room and an outdoor seating space make Columbia Craft a great spot to spend time with friends or family.
